ALBUQUERQUE—Joel Meeks, 20, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, pleaded guilty this morning to violating the Hobbs Act by interfering with a business involved in interstate commerce by robbery and the federal carjacking and firearms laws. ALBUQUERQUE—Fanderick Chiquito, 22, an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation who resides in Upper Fruitland, New Mexico, pleaded guilty today to an indictment charging him with involuntary manslaughter.
